Human body produces cholesterol in liver especially when diet is high in saturated fat. Research conducted at CSIRO’s division of Human Nutrition stated- there’s no rise in level of cholesterol on consuming two eggs a day, and on consuming three eggs the effect on blood cholesterol is equal to ten grams of butter or thirty grams of cheese.
Saturated fat troubles the management of blood cholesterol levels. Polyunsaturated and monounsaturated are healthy fats that take away cholesterol from bloodstream, therefore must be consumed regularly. Eggs are thus required for healthy eating pattern.
